Is this all for Scottish law?? Our birth certificates are worth more than we ever will be , Seemingly in some parts upto £50,000. I Know we have Admiral law, Civil law, And Maritime law , I just dont understand them, Except the (criminal) sitting in the Dock, This i have to research for myself , especially Scottish, law , Especially Old 1,s that are still in yous`e? It is also like a game of chess to them (Judges), We the public are the Pawns . I dont know how to play chess either but they do , Especially a game with just words? Hi Karen,
There is been a new development about the name and it could be that I will have to take this common law Copyright Notice down. I have emailed the General Register Office for clarification today which is on my blog. So I will wait for a reply, if there is one. Anyway whichever way they jump they are screwed – watch this space. Thanks for the comment but hold fire on the Notice.

Hi Sara go and google “Dean Clifford” who’s opinion I value, he calls all their statute laws “puke” which is the truth. We are all born free on the land and by some magic of paper we were turned into debt slaves by a contract that we never had anything to do with and which was not fully disclosed, so is that contract binding? You have to enforce your rights no one will do it for you.
We the people created our governments therefore we are above them on the totem pole, they have forgotten that and believe they are in charge, they are not.
I have enforced my rights on a couple of occasions, now I do not ask permission to do anything and I take no part in their fraudulent elections as I know that if elections made any difference they would outlaw them, they love them so it’s important to them that we participate.

Hello again Karen, it’s one thing declaring something but it’s quite different enforcing it, because they have a monopoly on force, they can beat you to a pulp, tase you, squirt chemicals in your face, but you lift one finger to protect yourself then the charges get piled on like a pile of dog poo, all because they wear a black nazi outfit with the name Police printed on them. Did you read the articles regarding my letters to the registrar, they are very deceptive in their answers. Anyway thanks for the interest and hope all is well with you and the family.

What are we saying with regard to becoming a creditor verses a debtor? As a debtor, the people MUST first address this high alert issue in my opinion. I’ve only looked into this all capital letter STRAWMAN issue for the better part of this last week, and am understanding that those who have not claimed their rights legally really should not pursue these types of court affairs for as a debtor you don’t have jurisdiction or rights yet. Get that done, and your home free! But I am not promising a clear ever after or transformation on behalf of the otherside. Notice I do not know the out-come and for those that do don’t seem to expel much information on the topic of contracts of legalizing priority notes contracts and affairs.
Now I could be wrong, but I’m understanding that if you do not claim your rights you are automatically award of the state, incompetent, and the state claims for you.
What am I saying here? We are all committing Terrorism by not claiming yourself alive! Therefore you are a threat to the United states Government.

Hi Sara, You don’t get your rights from pieces of paper as they are inherent when you come into this world, we are all born free and equal to all others. Their world as you know is a paper world backed by unadulterated force by their private enforcers, the police although I have to say that the ordinary policman/woman may not know this because it seems they don’t do their due diligence and most do not know the law and really it’s easy to get them struck down in their courts if you have looked at Marc Stevens stuff which I recommend you do. Lots of deep researchers have mostly come to the conclusion that it’s a waste of time learning their stuff because it’s all rigged by them for them and we could never really win, a few have won, but they must allow a few wins otherwise people would put two and two together, so basically although I have declarations, done affidavits in the scheme of things we the people domiciled on this world just have to forget our differences and come together, we are many they are few.
